The Talent Map

There are times when clients will not be ready to engage the full range of executive search services but may require our assistance in identifying relevant talent in the market. The Dawson Partnership provides a market talent map that will identify relevant candidates and provide a comprehensive review of each candidate’s suitability in terms of cultural matching, personal abilities and track record of performance

Clients may use this report to further engage our services to secure the best fit candidate for the role or may choose to use the report as a tool to engage with the candidates directly

Executive benchmarking

We undertake comprehensive executive assessment for the purposes of benchmarking and when clients are considering whether an executive is ready to take on a more senior role. We have extensive experience in working with clients to provide guidance as to where executives are placed in terms of their capabilities, development needs and the most effective means of transitioning them into their new roles.
